We loved the friendliness of the staff and their active communication. The two front desk staffers when we arrived were very helpful and helped us promptly. The property was beautiful and unique, we personally loved the graduate theme with alumni on the key cards. Our room was comfortable and modern, but was a bit small, which I’ll share in the next section. Although we didn’t partake in the on-site bar, it was great to see that a bar was available for people staying at the hotel.

It was quiet. Great design.clean, spacious, secured passage, you can’t even use the elevator without a key LOL... Enough of everything was available. __We came to go rail riding 30 minutes from there and I believe I napped about 15 hours after GOOD SLEEP..LOL__ And our special housekeeper was nicely firm be make sure we were comfortable.. And it would be nice if tunnel to garrage was open, with a watchman..most strangers we sociable.

The hotel itself is unique and beautiful, resembling a movie set. We stayed in the studio on the 14th floor, the view was great, both in the morning sun and at night with all of the lights over the landmark buildings. The layout of the studio was excellent, all the furniture is comfortable and clean, walk-in closet with plenty of space. Good soundproof too. Very good location, walk distance to Riverwalk park, and other landmarks.

Irina

I booked a junior suite and this was the type of room that every hotel should offer me during my stays. I have no problem with spending money but I need to feel that I receive what I pay for. The junior suite is gorgeous. Also, the entrenance is a photo moment. Don't be ashamed you are not the first and not the only one.

Beautiful, charmingly-updated, iconic hotel in downtown Providence. Evening staff was very friendly. Gorgeous lobby, large hallways, spacious and colorful rooms (we gratefully had a suite), impressive views over downtown Providence. We especially enjoyed all the vintage pics and other college-themed quirks.
